When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information in order to process and ship your order. We neither sell nor share this information with outside companies or third parties.

Shipping Policy

Kneen & Co. will ship all orders via UPS service. You have the option to choose ground, 2nd day, or overnight. In-stock orders generally ship within 3 business days of order unless a more expeditious shipping option is selected. This policy does not apply to holidays or other days when the Kneen & Co. is closed or for orders placed on Friday after 12 pm through Sunday.

The shipping policy does not apply when you receive a message stating that Kneen & Co. will contact to advise of a shipping date. You will be notified of the expected shipping date within 2 business days of placing the order. Kneen & Co. will make all efforts to fulfill your request on a timely basis but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date.

Please see the return policy for all shipping damage claims.

All orders will ship with a packing list enclosed. Packing lists do not include price information.

International orders cannot be processed at this time.

Payment Policy

All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time of placement. All orders require a 100% payment even on merchandise that is back order or special ordered.
If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Illinois will be subject to a 10.25% sales tax fee.

Kneenandco.com reserve the absolute right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, kneenandco.com reserve the right to refuse, cancels, or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.
