Iittala

Since its founding in 1881 Iittala has set the standard of modern Scandinavian design. Named after the lake in the Finnish village of its first factory, iittala’s tableware, kitchenware and decorative accessories reflect their philosophy of honest, functional design inspired by everyday life.

At once committed to timeless, thoughtful design and artistic experimentation, many of iittala’s early pieces are still in production today including Alvar Aalto’s famed Savoy vase.
