Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange ONLY on items sold at full retail value. All returns must be approved by Nymphenburg Store USA. All credits expire after 90 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging and original sales receipt. It must be well packaged, additional packaging may be necessary, and the item must be insured for the full value of the item. Shipping costs are non refundable and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be accompanied by an Return Merchandise Approval code issued by Nymphenburg Store USA.

Damage Claims
|
Damaged claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of packaged arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. Call 773-880-8424 or email info@nymphenburgstoreusa.com for a return authorization on damaged items.
